When Professor Van Helsing (Peter Cushing) journeys to the Far East, he lectures his students on the legend of a remote Chinese village, whose inhabitants live under the tyranny of seven deadly vampires. With the loss of the seventh member of the resident vampire cult, their reign of terror threatens village survival. In a desperate plight to restore order and quell the growing unrest in the community, local martial arts specialists join forces with Van Helsing in a bid to put an end to the vampires for ever.
