"Hong Kong on Fire" is a scenario for the roleplaying game Hong Kong Action Theatre 1st Edition. It was written for Conquest 1999, a gaming convention held in Melbourne over the Easter weekend. Sponsorship was provided by Event Horizon Productions, Chinatown Video and Chinatown Cinema.
