These friendly people rent out ATV television series and HK flicks on VHS tapes (note
that HK TV shows are not subtitled, alas). There is a one-time $30 deposit
(refundable when you leave), and tape rental is $3.50, with a very flexible return time.
They have a book of posters from which to choose tapes as well as the posters on the wall,
which seems like a standard system for Chinese video stores Australia wide.

KC's has a huge range of Eastern Heroes/Made in Hong Kong video tapes for sale ($55 a
pop) and more importantly (especially for my bank account) rental. They have a yearly
membership fee of $35 for video hire, with tape rental at $5 a pop, overnight and weekly
depending on the title. They also have VCDs for sale at $20-$25 and can help you order any
title as long as it has been released. They also have PlayStation games and Manga videos
for sale and hire. Oh yeah, they sell pizza etc to make up for the cafe title and have
arcade games, a virtual reality machine, internet access etc etc, a bit of everything. You
can also order HK film related books, a pretty cool place and the folks there are eager to
please.

VHS tapes (once again, note that the TV series are not subtitled). There are plenty of
movie posters on the wall to choose from, otherwise ask for the book of titles kept at the
counter. A $30.00 deposit is required, which is refundable at any time, and there is a
one-time $2.00 fee for your membership card. Hire is $3.50 per tape, with a 7 day return
time on new releases and longer for older tapes.
